Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly skilled Field Designer/Design Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll bring our clients’ visions to life, blending creativity with technical expertise to deliver exceptional interior design and fit-out solutions. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for building meaningful client relationships, you will play a key role in enhancing our reputation as an industry leader in bespoke interiors.

Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements, building trust and establishing long-term relationships. Design Development: Create innovative and functional interior design concepts tailored to each client’s unique vision and the project’s specifications.

Project Coordination: Work closely with the fit-out team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design concepts. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in the interior design and fit-out industry to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Collaboration: Partner with sales and marketing teams to present designs that align with BeSpoke District’s brand identity and business objectives. Conduct site visits to evaluate project progress, address challenges, and ensure alignment with design plans.

Who are we looking for:
Industry Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the fit-out/interior design industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

Creativity & Innovation: A visionary designer with the ability to think outside the box and create unique, client-
centred solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address design and site challenges with practical, client-focused solutions.

Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to design and project management. Cultural Awareness: Multilingual capabilities are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with a
diverse clientele in Dubai’s dynamic market.

Passion for Growth: A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and a desire to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the marketing world with a deep appreciation for aesthetics, functionality, and the transformative
