Position Overview:

We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and client-focused Client Support/Project Coordinator to be the bridge between our team and our valued clients. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for managing multiple priorities, ensuring seamless project execution, and building strong client relationships. If you have experience in the fit-out or interior industry and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment, this is your chance to make an impact.

What You’ll Do:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are understood, addressed, and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Problem-Solving: Identify and address any challenges that arise during project execution, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including contracts, timelines, budgets, and progress reports.

Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet the company’s high standards of quality and excellence.

Industry Expertise: Leverage your experience in the fit-out or interiors industry to anticipate client needs and provide valuable insights.

Who are we looking for:

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a client support or project coordination role, specifically within the fit-out or interior industry.

Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong eye for detail.

Client Focused: A customer-first mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Problem-Solver: Ability to think on your feet, resolve issues quickly, and maintain composure under pressure.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with fit-out processes, interior design trends, and industry best practices.

Location Expertise: Knowledge of the UAE market and client preferences is highly desirable.

Multilingual Advantage: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients.

Passion for Growth: A genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing and a desire to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the marketing world.
